"The doctor was rude and impatient when I saw him a year ago. Exactly as some other reviews say, he was kind during the consultation, but had a horrible attitude after his office received my payment. When the doctor came into the room on the day of my surgery, he was in a bad mood and did not even acknowledge my presence. He spoke down to the nurse in front of me (she was very sweet and it bothered me that he would be condescending to her in front of a patient). When it came time to give me the anesthetic, he snatched my wrist very aggressively. I pulled away because I did not like being handled like this, and he kept tugging on me. He left me with a bruise. His demeanor really concerned me, so I left before they could do the procedure and found another doctor. It was bizarre since he was so charismatic and friendly during the consultation. I had high hopes for him, so I was shocked to say the least. Luckily they returned my payment after I left."
