Watson's Appliance

"Watsons is now Family Appliance. They came out and worked on my washing machine and did a great job. If in the future I need repairs on anything, they will be the ones that I call."

"Please do yourself a favor and don't call Watson's for service. I called Watson's the week before Thanksgiving in November 2019 to repair my stove. Someone came out the following Monday and told us the hinges needed to be replaced and said that he would order them and would be back to replace them on Thursday. I never heard from the again until I got the bill for a diagnostic fee on Feb. 3rd, 2020. When I called for an explanation of the charged the lady I spoke with was indignant, hateful and rude. I won't be calling them again."

"very incompetent, they expect you to wait on them if it means waiting all day, I tried to call around 15 times before I finally got to talk to someone, then he couldn't tell me when the repairman would be here, wasting the whole day waiting on them to show up, If they show up. the only reason I don't get someone else is because I bought the extended warranty thru Lowes and Watson's is the one they said I have to use. Never again will I buy an appliance thru Lowes just because of this. they come to Ripley 1 day a week and it's in Tuesday, if you have another appt. your screwed."
