"I am very upset and disappointed with today's service (5/10/2022). I arrived before opening at 8:00 AM PST. Opening time came and no one was present. Two customers got off their cars to see what was happening and all had to wait 10 minutes until Carlos arrived to open. Finally took my request/information 15 minutes after opening time. More employees started to arrive around 8:20 AM (NOT 8AM). When the opener (Carlos) was about to take my car, a lady he knows arrived, parked behind my car and asked him to check her oil, they started conversating and spent another 10 minutes with her. Finally my car was put in the shop, but they have the most lazy, slow moving employees I have ever seen. Everyone looked hungover and as if doing their job is a huge drag. From start to finish, a simple oil change took over 60 minutes!!! There were no customers ahead of me yet I spent over 60 minutes there! This is infuriating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the sign at the corner says $24.99 for an oil change. When Carlos gave me the receipt, the price was $77.80!!! That's an extra over $50. I never got a choice to pick conventional, he just put in synthetic, but even so, that is significantly overpriced for a small Prius. My father's much bigger SUV gets charged about $30 and requires much more oil. Carlos said he would give me a discount if I came next time, to mention his name and get a tune-up, buy tires and get new breaks. This is a HUGE scam. Seems like I was going to pay less based on what he said, but since I did not have time to get other services, he charged me more, WHY?! When I got my car, the inside stunk like body odor and oil, and my recently washed white car had a big black oily handprint on the door. Are employees coming in to work late and dirty? I was the first customer of the day. Even my son noticed the smell when we got in the car. Never again will I set foot in this scam location. Valvoline has 15 minute service, fast, efficient, clean and professional. I demand this to be looked into, or I will have to take this to legal matters. Definitely leaving a 1 star review."

"My Corvette failed smog so I brought it in to this shop to diagnose and repair the vehicle to pass smog, and it wasn’t a problem at all, and the price seemed really fair. The mechanic kept in touch with me daily about the progress and I Got my classic Vette out of he shop days earlier than I expected. Honest ,knowledgeable,and experienced employees and management. Definitely check this place out for yourselves!!!"

"Bernie was great. He was very nice & actually showed me that my oil was leaking a little bit. Cleaned up the leaky oil off my pan & surrounding areas. He got me in & out very quickly. Very happy with his service!"

"I stopped by here after viewing signage that advertised an oil change with filter for $24.99 The man was polite and they were really busy. I asked could I come when they opened and he said that would be great. I asked again was it really $24.88 and was told yes enthusiastically. I arrive the next morning at 9:30 to encounter a rude man that stated the price was now $77!!! I asked him what was the difference between yesterday and today that would warrant a $40 increase, to which he simply stated, their labor. So now, as in a few minutes, I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. I only decided this after stopping off for breakfast and speaking with a waitress about this same place, where She had the exact same experience. No more of that. It's illegal..."
