"They NEVER pick up my trash., at least twice a month ( if not more) I’m having to call and ask why they haven’t picked up the trash! Pick up is in Monday- they ride right past My house every Monday- the lady in the office is nice; but it’s not her fault. I just wish they’d pick up my trash.. I keep my home looking nice and lovely so it irks Me to drive up to my home and the trash hasn’t been picked up. They are thethe reason the area looks tacky and unkept. Please just pick up my trash!!"

"I can see where a business is reliant on prompt and scheduled pickups, but with personal homes it's a different story. Holidays happen, life happens, and these drivers are only human. I've been using this service for 10 years and have never had any outstanding issues. I appreciate them."

"Wanted to share our experience. The driver on our route is fantastic. Ya, it's a rough job, and trash companies aren't known for their 5 star treatment. However, our route driver is always courteous and friendly. Will wave hello to you. He even cleans up his spills. The can slipped out of it holder while dumping it. The driver got out and cleaned up the area. Re dumped the trash can. That kind of service was not expected. Thank you so much for all you do."
