"If you want to join a gym with a horrible gym culture that tells you that you cannot correct your friends' form because their personal trainers are so insecure or envious, I would advise against going here. A gym with such a toxic atmosphere and restrictive policies is likely not conducive to a positive and supportive workout environment. It's essential to prioritize your well-being and seek out a gym where you feel comfortable and empowered to pursue your fitness goals without unnecessary limitations. Furthermore, my personal experience with this gym was particularly negative. I was falsely accused by Walteria and another personal trainer of being a "personal trainer" myself and I am not. I am a 48 year old mom & photographer that happens to be in shape. Every time I walked into the gym, these two personal trainers followed me around as if I were a criminal, despite the fact that I was simply working out with my two best friends. As I was leaving the club I was stopped in front of everyone and told my contract was canceled and not to come back for being a personal trainer (which I will say again I am not, I actually pay my OWN personal trainer that I go to 2x a week). I was not given an opportunity to talk to anyone just okay bye. The way the GM approved this to be handled is appalling. He did not even take the time to wait and bring me to the office to ask about the situation. CLUB4 is not for EVERYBODY. This slogan is SO WRONG. It was a ridiculous and distressing situation, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone."

"Very disappointed as the gym is actually nice and was pretty happy with it until I found out how immature the staff is. I witnessed 2 personal trainers follow 2 women around and watch them for at least 20 minutes. Turns out they terminated one woman's contract because she corrected her friends form while working out under grounds that she was "personal training". They didn't even give her the chance to explain anything and told her to leave in front of everybody creating a scene. If you plan on working out with a friend in any way don't go to this gym because you will be uncomfortably watched and then your membership contract will be terminated."

"Started going here this week. I used to go to another gym but my best friend recommended I come here. Started working out with my friend and she corrected my form. She is not a personal trainer or coach she just wanted to make sure I didn’t get hurt as we are nurses and see a lot of injuries from incorrect form at the gym. Well my friend was accused of personal training/coaching me for that and we were threatened by an older African American employee (not sure what her name is as she did not present herself). My best friend just wanted to make sure I didn’t get hurt and the employee immediately threatened to ban us just because my best friend corrected my form at two different machines. I’ve done the work outs before but I messed up my form and she corrected me. This made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I couldn’t even finish my sets because I was self conscious. I’m debating whether or not to return to this location as the employee was very rude and made us very uncomfortable when she accused us of something we were not doing. She did not ask us any questions she just immediately threatened to ban us if we did it again. I struggle with body dysmorphia and I asked my friend to please motivate me and go to the gym with me, but now I feel like I’m going to have to go alone so me and my friend don’t get banned and I am not very confident after being treated this way."

"I signed up for a basic membership after my 3 day trial. I was told upon getting my membership I could come back in before the end of the month to capture the 18.99/month promo for a premium membership. I came in today and was told I could not upgrade and capture that rate because I was no longer a new member. They could cancel me and reinstate me but id get charged the $50 twice. They were unable or unwilling to waive the $50 fee to make it right. I decided not to upgrade because of this experience. It's frustrating that I was told one thing and then something else that contradictted that. I love the equipment and honestly the price but the customer service needs to be better. The workers are nice but they should fix this to make it right. I will change my star review if you fix the issue."

"Brand new gym with tons of equipment. Checking in for the first time was smooth. They have an app that displays a barcode which is scanned at the front desk. It took a little time to get my bearings. The place is huge and there are a lot of different areas of the gym, so most of my time was spent exploring. I really like how there are areas designed around full body workouts. TRX setups are everywhere so you can always add in a litte body weight work. Large area in the back for classes and a whole room just for squat racks. Cardio area is nicely set up and comes complete with Bluetooth connections for your earbuds and the ability track your workout. Plates are stored like books which makes it a little difficult to find and replace. Two issues made my first experience not a five star. I did feel a little lost but eventually think I found most of what I needed. Also, the class I signed up for didn't have a trainer available, so I stood around for about 15 minutes waiting. The third person I asked did find out that no one was available and told me just to try again next week. Overall the facilities are great and the staff learning."
