"Tom is honest, dependable and professional. His team performed a bunch of work in the crawl space to address sagging floors and replaced inadequate adjustable jacks. After a year the work was performed, I had a structural engineer come out to write up a report on my house as I am trying to sell it. The report made a couple of recommendations. I showed the recommendations to Tom and there was a differing opinion on the exact way to perform the work. Both ways of performing the work was correct but Tom as the honest man he is said he will perform the recommended work at no cost. Tom stands behind his work and makes sure his customers are taken care of. If I have any foundation or drainage issues with my next house, I will be hiring Tom to perform the work. Thank you for your honesty and integrity Tom!!!"
