Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Nice people but below standard service. Don't answer phone and no way to leave a message for return call. Staff only seemed to know the very basics."

"Consistently horrible lines. Never enough tellers. Not customer focused at all. I would not recommend this branch or BOA. Updated... Branch now is constantly closed and forced to use ATM for all services and now they are doing money collection and take both ATMs off line at the same time. This branch and Bank of America are pathetic. Time to look into other places to some banking. Another update - 3/30/23 still no changes here. Time to move to a bank that values its customers. Vs. Sending a response telling me to drive 25 min away to another location VA fixing this one."

"I have been a customer at this location since the early 2000s. The staff has changed since then, but the great customer service has remained. Since I have been a customer, I only remember having one problem, but it was resolved quickly. Misty is always so helpful and patient. She listens to any concerns that I have and solves them on the spot. She’s always asking about my son when I come in without him as well. The new teller is also always patient and thorough. The only reason that I didn’t give them a perfect five is because the wait has been a little longer lately, but since they have explained the problem, I’m sure it will be resolved."

"Had to make an appointment to open a new account - had to wait a week. When my turn finally came, half an hour in, they suddenly required a third form of ID they had not specified up-front (I had my current, local and gold-starred drivers license as well as my passport, checkbook from another bank, paperwork with my address on it etc but they wanted my original social security card). Since I didn’t have it - you guessed it - I had to make another appointment a few days hence. When I showed up for my second appointment the entire branch was “temporarily closed” for at least a week. No notice of my cancelled appointment. I tried to reach my banker, using her business card, but it only went to the branch - which was closed. Not even voicemail. I tried calling the next closest branch, but also couldn’t reach anyone live at all. Sorry BOA, that’s three strikes. Since I have to start over again, I’ve made an appointment at a different bank. We’ll see if that experience is any better."
