"Paid $25 each for 2 TV’s to diagnose problems, no one called, we stopped by and were told one was not repairable and the other TV could be fixed for $140, we paid to have it repaired, no one ever called us again, we stopped by again on 2 more occasions, once to be told they’d check on it, no one called us back again, the 4th visit we were told the TV may be in storage or disposed. ? No one has ever called us about any information, 2 phone numbers are on file, we have paid approximately $190 and have never received our repaired TV back."

"Brought a $1200 phone here paid $419 for screen replacement for cracked glass. The replacement is non OEM AND the fake screen doesnt use the curved screen its like that part of the lcd is just black now, and i cannot use some features/widgets anymore, worst of all both of my cameras no longer work which I need daily for my job don't waste your money here!! I tested everything before I left but i forgot the camera which I would hope they would have tested so they must have known it wasn't working and didn't want to tell me!"

Doug was able to get the stripped screw out for a reasonable price and before we got finished with the initial paperwork!. He is great and Kayla is very friendly!
