"My BF purchased a promise ring from them and had it sized. It was ready the next day and fit perfect. The young lady that helped us was wonderful and had Great Customer Service. I can't say that for the older lady that was there. I don't know what her attitude was about but she should not take it out on customers. I would've walked out if it wasn't for the younger lady helping us. I mean it wasn't even her business and she just butted in for no reason. I also own a business which is why I won't leave less than 5 stars. It wouldn't be fare to the young lady that helped us."

"Needed my wedding ring re-sized. There was a little confusion with the sizing, however the owners were more than happy to take all means necessary to get me the correct sizing needed. Also, their turnaround was quicker than other jewelers in the area. The hours made it convenient to drop off and pick up after work. Would highly recommend coming here for any jewelry re-sizing needed!"

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this one was particularly heinous. I dropped off my grandfathers Vietnam watch, a GG-W-113 Benrus, to be repaired and it was done in the most crude way possible. Tara immediately attempted to be defensive and said to send the watches back for the “one year warranty.” After seeing their work I didn’t want to send my grandfathers watch back onto their custody as I didn’t want further damage. The watch was non functional and upon inspection by another watchmaker required several new parts. If you care about your items do not use this establishment. They destroyed two watches and said they were “fully functional” while using crude methods. Package was not damaged, and watches arrived as shipped so ruled out any damages in shipping. On top of destroying the watches it took them 4 months to complete the destruction and return them. Beware of this business. Please take any item that means anything elsewhere. And see attached photos of their work (glue, off center and non functioning, crude work around the dial). Attempted to get a refund and they refused."
