"We hired them to do a general HVAC maintenance and cleaning, and they earned our trust from that point forward with their straight forward options on some quotes and knowledge. Next, we had them come out and clean our ducts and do a seal on them, which sounds pricey but when we checked the average charge for this service, it was clear they had pretty fair pricing considering the warranty included on their work and the membership cost we opted for in that total cost. The membership has already paid for itself in what it's saved us, so I highly reccomend it. Definitely made us life long customers now!"

"First, I don’t know who Jayden White is, but my review was posted under that name and he wasn’t my technician either. Francisco Cargas was my technician, so I’m editing to clarify that. My name is Marcy Campbell. I contacted one hour heating and air conditioning when my heat went out and they had someone here in just a couple hours. I was not charged extra for the distance they had to come. My final bill was very reasonably priced. The technician was very professional and took the time to explain the problems with my unit. He did not try to push me to buy new equipment that I could not afford. He focused on my needs and helping me in the best way that he could. I do plan to install a new unit in the spring and definitely plan on giving that business to this company. Could not have asked for a better experience."

"He was on time. Very polite and helpful. He let us know as tactfully as possible and with no hard sales pitch that while he did get our 23 year old unit working it needed to be replaced sooner rather than later. He gave us a list of options and cost of units and left us to make a decision. Not once did we get the “take this great deal NOW” sales pressures pitch which we usually get when having to make a large purchase like this. I called the next day, which was 3 days before Christmas, and he got us scheduled to replace our unit in less than a week. I would give Sheldon with One Hour Air Conditioning 6 out of 5 stars."

"Matt was incredible. He answered every question I had and broke down everything for me. He made me multiple quotes and explained the pros and cons of each. Never once did I feel that he was just trying to get the biggest check out of me. To the point that when showing me the quotes he really made sure I knew which unit was best for my purposes, even though it wasn't the most expensive, or even the second most expensive. Now while Matt was great to work with, I can not praise Brittany, who works in customer relations, enough. I started this process back in March with several delays and she has answered every call, email and question I have had. I can't thank her enough. This family of businesses have every quality I look forward in the small businesses I try to typically use. This level of care is something I do not usually relate to big companies but I am so glad I gave them a chance."
