"Took my ear buds to this place, was told that on the 28th they have the parts, and they would keep me updated. I had to CALL them, was given excuses, called today and whoever I talked to didn't even know when I turned in my buds, she was saying two weeks ago I told her it was over a month ago. When I asked her why she didn't call to even let me know the status or anything, she started throwing out all these LAME excuses. I went into the store and got my device back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYPLACE BUT THIS STORE."

"Went in a few months ago for an iPad screen replacement and was told the Touch ID home button would also need to be replaced. Once I got my iPad back, the Touch ID didn’t work, the home button in general has stopped functioning, and there’s dust and hair in the display that I can’t remove. Not happy that I paid about $150 for my iPad to function less than it did before. Would not recommend this place if it’s not a simple charger port cleaning."

"Excellent customer service. Fast repair on my Nintendo Switch oled. It got dropped and the right analog broke off completely . I thought the whole right joycon would have to be replaced but they were able to fix the analog.I dropped it off Thursday and was told it would be ready by the 25th but got it back today on the 19th."
