Both Kara and Sam are incredible instructors, equal parts challenging and encouraging. I also love the structure of the courses, how they build on each other and you continue to reinforce what you've learned while adding new skills. I just completed my first evaluation and I would never have imagined that I could have gone 1 hour straight doing a work out, much less two.
