"We placed an order for this pair of shorts. As you can see, the emblem was incorrectly placed on the back (butt) when the order slip said it has been inspected. When I called to sort out the issue, I was told we wouldn’t receive the shorts for 2-3 weeks which is after end of the season. Additionally, we had to buy 2 more pairs because they couldn’t simply send out 1 replacement. I would never use BSN again if it wasn’t the only option provided by the school."
"I ordered a St Thomas hockey 1/4 zip and paid for it. Then they email me 2 weeks later saying sorry we can’t do your order and the ordering is closed now so good luck. Terrible customer experience, use a different sportswear company like Signature Concepts in Hopkins"
"WORST COMPANY EVER! Stay away from this company. Ordered football stuff for our school and the season is almost over and no product! Customer support will hang up on you and tell you anything to get you off the phone."
"This company is awful. They send shipments late, (after the season ended) then don' t replace the wrong items. You call them. They give you a discount, then they rebill the discount on your credit card without telling you. Then you call to fix that and it starts all over. I seriously wonder if they are legit."
"Finally received All Star shirt and hoodie on 1-9-19. What a great disappointment to realize it was from 2016. Contacted company and within two weeks the shirt was replaced and the hoodie is yet to arrive. Beyond disappointed. Would not recommend this carrier to anyone."
