"This is the friendliest gym in the Memphis area. We joined because Ralph, one of the front desk personnel, was so nice to us when I first came in that we decided to sign up. The personal training staff is kind and helpful, and the teachers like Ms Cherie go above and beyond to make sure you’re learning and enjoying yourself during classes. We’ve been here for about 3 months now and I’ve been blown away by how positive our experience has been. We’re getting in shape, feeling good about ourselves, and learning how to improve our physical health long term. Thank you to everyone who works at the Cordova Crunch location!"

"Our local home gym was closed all week due to weather. We decided to check out Crunch Fitness as a temporary. We were very pleasantly surprised and pleased. We will be making a switch. Great treadmills, a variety a cardio equipment, functional training areas, and miles off barbells and machines. The staff was friendly and the service was fantastic. Thank you Crunch Fitness!"

"Please beware they took $720 from my account for personal training services i never signed up for and i have proof that i never signed up for and they still refuse to give me my money back. This is not the first time it happened the first time they took $300 but they refunded so i was satisfied. When the money is taken unauthorized there is no-one you can speak to other than the personal training manager and he told me that its now out of his hands because he has been emailing the finance company they use and nothing is happening. The fact that i have been waiting almost 2 months and its still not rectified is crazy and the fact that i lost $720 is even more disheartening."

"First time ever in a Crunch gym and let me tell you absolutely amazing this location Eric, Keva and Alvaro are absolutely amazing they made feel comfortable and very inviting as we talk I watched how they interacted with other members and I absolutely loved that, it’s like family literally and seriously top tier on professionalism. Would definitely recommend no cap!!! I’m excited to start my fitness journey here. Oh and the gym is clean and the machines are nice and the sauna is awesome."
