"How you charge to cash your own check"
"Very poor customer service. Wait in drive thru is for ever. Two drive thru lines and 3 teller lines inside with usually 2 tellers. It all started with the buyout!"
"So I’ve had issues with my debit card and I had to get a new one. Since it was a fraud issues they overnighted a card to me. Next day the card shows active but would not work. I was having the worse day. My car was out of gas and I couldn’t resolve issue since I had to be at work. Called my local branch crying and telling them my issue. They are making me a new card and bringing it to me!!! That is customer care! This made my whole Week! Thank you guys so much!"
"I have been a customer with this bank for over 10 years. Today I was told they would refund the 185 overdraft fee and I talk to someone at my bank and they inform me they can't. The fact that a customer service rep did but the branch won't tells me they don't want to try and make a customer happy. Do not use this bank go else where. I will soon be leaving myself. When I told them I would they just laughed they do not care about the customers anymore."
