"I stopped in for lunch last weekend after running some mid-day errands. It's a very modest restaurant, but I was very impressed with the quality of my meal, from the salsa with my chips as the appetizer to my enchilada plate to the watermelon cooler (I can't recall exactly what it was called). Coming from AZ, I haven't been impressed with the quality of Mexican food in the bay area in general, but this is an exception. It was very good imo, and a good value. The staff was also friendly. It was a nice surprise on my Saturday, and I'll come here again if I'm nearby."

"Great food, good service, simple interior. Enchilades verdes were the best I've had in a while. Quesadillas are a step above the rest. Prices are reasonable. This may become our go-to Mexican restaurant."
