"The staff here are incredible. I had to make an emergency vet visit and they had me come in even though we weren't a patient. They were so kind, caring, and compassionate. Its evident that they all love their job and love animals. Unfortunately for us, we left without our baby boy due to his condition. But the doctor, nurse, and even front desk staff never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Our old vet, whom we loved, was booked up for several of months and suggested we try Happy Paws and I'm glad she did. The staff is very professional and worked us in promptly. She was very willing to discuss pros and cons of various options and I never felt like she was trying to sell us anything or do anything other than what was best for our pets. "I recently moved to the area and was referred to Happy Paws. My dog was needing a timely visit to the vet, and Dr. Parks and her team were able to fit us in within 12 hour notice. She was super hands on, spent a lot of time with my dog and confirmed all of her vet records to see how she reacted to similar treatment previously. Her staff is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great experience! The office is super clean and in a great area."
