Every time it changed hands it has become increasingly worse.Under United Community Bank it's just another corporate bank that only cares abt profits. The woman head of customer service is rude & acts like she's doing you a favor. I'd change banks but now they're all corporate bank left to do business with. I truly miss the service I received when it was Community Bank&Trust when it was privately owned."
