I have not consistently exercised in years, and don't particularly care for a huge gym environment. The classes are small (max 12) and instructors care. "Just started here and every instructor has been great. They make sure you understand and how to do each movement and makes sure that you are doing them right to get the most from each movement and to not hurt yourself. They work with you if you have any issues. So far in the 6 classes I have taken seem to be helping. I have some damage to my spine, neck and left hip due to some injuries I received while on the military. I would def recommend. There are a lot of things I can't do that aggravate these injuries and some things will lock my body up. Pilates are giving me some of my flexibility back and a big thing helping get the blood flow going in my hips and legs."
