"Poorly customer service i wouldn't if a person is behind or not there are many ways to talk to people I spoke with the lady name Courtney the only Courtney that worked there she said today to get to the lawyers side to catch my arrangement up and boy was she VERY RUDE my arrangement wasn't the arrangement i made with lawyer she told me ALL OR NOTHING or she was gone SERVE Me rudely as she was I hung up to regroup myself and call back and she gotten even ruder so I told her o do what she have to do because I don't want to do my business with her.."

"The ladies are rude and I was like 4 days late making a payment and I told the lady the day before I got paid that I would make my payment Friday and in my contract it said they didn't process payments till 3:30 on business days and she charged my card at 10:30 in the morning and I was stuck in my truck asleep taking my 10 hour break she didn't even give me time to cash my check and load the payment on the card and then she sent my acct to the lawyers without giving me a chance to make my payment so yeah avoid doing business with these people!!!"
