"I had them do the contracting w/ insurance companies. For a large fee, they "negotiated" some fees, but NOTHING in the contract, thus left me vulnerable to abuse by the insurance company. Yes, they helped straighten out some of the complex insurance relationships and it was probably more complex than they thought, but the final product left me severely exposed. A large part of the process I had to do myself because phone calls were not returned and I felt I was left out to dry by myself for most of the process. While they are a friendly and gregarious group, this particular time I for sure did not get what I was led to believe in the end result. I had an independent company look at my contracts that were suppose to be negotiated, and their words were "you were hosed". There has been NO follow up or interest on how their "help" had been of help to me. They got paid and said good bye. I like Garland and felt bad that this was the end result I received. Another 'true consultant' experience. Ever since then, they have not returned a single phone call."
