"Experienced extremely poor service for their clients. I was first supposed to work with one agent and then was passed off without my knowledge. I had an Incredibly hard time reaching anybody via phone even on multiple phone attempts and following up via email. I had to call another provider who ensured things would be completed but again things fell through. I was told they were swamped and my taxes were not a priority as they were realistically straight forward. I was never called back by the original person or the other to make sure things were completed. My taxes took weeks to complete and was still incorrect even though I attempted to call about the discrepancies. I had to request at least twice a call back on why my taxes were not filed in the other state. Once I was was called back, the overlook was discussed. Due to this, an amendment had to be filed and yet the company would not waive this even though it was their miss and could have been avoided IF somebody had reached me from the team. Their charge for a tax filing in two states was exorbitant. More than double what a colleague was charged for also filing in two states with a different cpa and 4x the amount what I paid previously in my other state."
