"We first Met Alan about 2.5 years ago. A company we worked with suggested him to help us with some processes we were seeking help with. I will admit my first thought was "oooh boy.. here we go.. a consultant we will spend thousands of dollars with and not have any tangible results".. he met with many members of team and pulled together a report for us. In short he said our team was perfectly capable of developing the processes we needed but what we had were internal culture and communication issues between people / departments and this is what he could help us with. We were on the fence but he cam well recommended so we took the leap! Over 2 years later am I pleased we did! Understand results are not immediate and they take time to cultivate in an organization with everyone working on behavior changes. I will say within a few months we were seeing changes. Over the next year we certainly had ups and downs but the trend line was upwards! Our teams now communicate and we have reduced waste by 75% due to the different teams communicating and working together to develop better processes! Not to mention the overall interactions of our team members is much improved. We had to make some hard decisions along the way about team members that did not adapt or fit where we were going but the end result has been excellent. Understand this is a continuous process but what it takes to maintain is much simpler now. So make the investment and put forth the effort...... you will be glad you did!"
