Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The workers were very unorganized and the whole counter area was a mess. My burrito was cold and I ended up getting food poisoning. The cashier was nice but that was about it. I would not recommend this location."

"Ordered online. I got a double carne asada bowl that I paid an extra $8 for, but the product was barely one portion of protein. Additionally, the asada was on top? It's normally layered after the rice and beans. So maybe they forgot to add the protein and added a skimpy portion, not the double portion I paid for, after they realized. Either way, I was robbed and now I'm stuck with a rice bowl garnished with carne asada."

"When I entered the store there 4 people behind the counter and no other customers. They didn't acknowledge me for 5 minutes! Ordered two carne asada bowls, they didn't have any. Said there was 4 minute wait. Then told me there was no fajita vegetable available and only had it a couple times a week. Workers acted like they really didn't want to be there! Never again? Beware!!"

"I’m super disappointed because this is the third time that I’ve ordered items from the chipotle. And they forgot my chips and salsa. I know mistakes happen once in a while but to have us be the third time in a row I’ve had this issue really reflects their consistency. I know it sounds like something small but when I’m paying to have a delivered and I’ve had this issues multiple times it makes me feel like there’s a lack of effort:/. I recommend going to another location."
