"This is the absolute WORST tax “professionals” I have ever encountered! They had my tax documents for over 2 months and still managed to not file my taxes before tax day. I literally had to call from private to get them to answer my phone calls which was always followed with “Your taxes are being worked on, I’ll give you a call back this afternoon” and never receiving a call or email. I was constantly given the runaround this entire tax season with them. I do not recommend at all!"

"My first year filling with them and my taxes get held up. I called to ask them question about it and she just says she will call me back but never do. Then when I call back. She don’t answer, or it’s busy and I no she was screening my calls on purpose because I call from a different number and she answer. I still haven’t heard from them. The don’t seem to care about helping you figure out the problem after they then took there part. All she could tell me is that it’s out of there hands. My last tax lady did everything she could to help me. I tried them because my sister said they were good. Never again will I ever in life go back. If I could give them 0 stars I would as well."

"Terrible Service . I had a small tax problem, because they did not provide the requested paperwork which turned into a huge tax problem. ihad ZERO help from them . PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY ORJUST OFF THE HOOK. One of many things they did wrong is NOT providing the IRS with our W2's. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I paid almost $400 for tax preperatin fee for nothing . beware if there were a ZERO star thats what I would have chosen!!"
