"They failed to file my wife's taxes last year. They said they'd wave our tax fee this year, they didn't. The lady this year was slow as molasses, and had to be told to do anything above the minimum, like filing our church donations. And she did them wrong to the point we broke even, but had to pay $330 to file. Then we were called and told our taxes had been redone while we weren't there and now had a bigger rebate. Only to look it over and see it done wrong a second time. We'll be going to the Jonesboro location and hoping they aren't awful like this one is."

"After being a satisfied customer for more than 14 years, I am disappointed. I receive a considerable refund every year which is why I don't understand how for the last two years I have been denied a refund advance. It's easy money for you guys. I am literally trying to give you more money in fees. Since I can't get approved, I won't be returning next year to pay the preparation fees you charge. I can do my own taxes. On top of this, I scheduled an appointment 4 days ahead of time for my day off and still had to wait over an hour when I arrived. What is the point of scheduling ahead of time when I have to sign in upon arrival and wait in line like everyone else that just walked in? The only bright spot in the whole experience was my actual preparer. She was joyful and very helpful. She is the only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1."

"Been denied for the same loan i get every year ...with no problems yet i cant even get a legit answer to why i didnt get the loan and cant reapply or get help into lookin g into these matters so no i definitely wont be back ...u charge almost 400..and the loan is the only only reason my family files there ....lost a longtime client congratulations"
