"Dr. Chae I believe his name is, is without a doubt the worst, most incompetent doctor I have ever come across. I told him my situation, he orders blood work which has nothing to do with my situation. Then when I tell him of me having a herniated disc, he's asked if I am in pain. "Yes I am." Then asks if I'm considering surgical procedures. I tell him I don't know. He says "Then what can I do for you?" Basically saying he doesn't care as he dismisses me.. I'm not the doctor, you are. He is absolutely lazy and if this is what to expect from medi-cal, you'd be better off in a 3rd world country. You wonder why America has become the laughing stock of the world when it comes to healthcare. Just abysmal."
