"My sons home counselor was amazing Ms Ty and she really helped get his anger under control and helped the family with some issues we were all dealing with as well. I saw her yesterday at Walmart which made me think about this office again to get my youngest son in counseling with her. The only I don’t like about this office is the medication services. They rescheduled my kid’s medication intake appointment twice . The first time they called me the day before and told me it had to be rescheduled due to miscommunication with the scheduling on their end and they gave my kids appointments away to someone else. The second time I pulled my kids out of school that morning to take them to the office for the appointment and when we got there they said that they had to cancel the appointment because the nurse practitioner was sick and couldn’t see any clients."
"Very unorganized. Sweet staff (Dyersburg location) but not trained. This office is NOT for the new to mental health. I am having to advocate and spend significant precious time to just make an appointment. This organization needs a crisis intervention!"
"This place is a joke. Very unprofessional staff! My wife and I have been trying to get our sons some help for months. We were referred to Health Connect by the primary care physician. Originally, the boys both saw Kelsey at Health Connect, but my wife and I decided to not take them anymore since Kelsey was not helping at all. She allowed the boys to take over the appointment by talking about many topics other than why they were there to begin with. She wasn't even there for the last appointment we went there for, and we were not informed she wasn't there. Only after waiting for over 15 minutes in the lobby were my sons and I told Kelsey was sick and the appointment would have to be rescheduled. We decided to try to set up an appointment for one of our sons to see the doctor to possibly get on medication to help with ADHD. We were finally scheduled an appointment after several weeks and me having to call to remind them to set it up. Today, March 21, was the day our son was supposed to be seen, but a little over an hour before the appointment I received a call from Julie Ann. She told me that since our son had never been there that we had to reschedule the appointment and do an intake appointment. I explained that he had been there, to see Kelsey, but Julie Ann informed me that she is in a different part. Same location though."
