"If this office says anything about "voluntary" payments. It's not voluntary and they don't make that clear. Make the payments or you'll be screwed at the end of your bankruptcy. Company is very vague and does not explain things in full. They even stated that "voluntary" was a poor choice of words but basically oh well. Very disappointing."

"0 STARS!!!! THIS POST ONLY HAS 1 STAR BECAUSE GOOGLE IS FORCING ME TOO!! Horrible place to do business with! I was told that the fee would be a percentage of my total debt which would have been much less than the $4,250 I was charged. The website also says they can take care of 90% of cases for $1,500 I wouldn't believe that for a second. They do not call back, or communicate about your case with you in any way. I also had to rip my attorney apart at the courthouse because of the no communication issues . He came up to me 5 minutes before we had to go into the courtroom and tells me by the way your new payment is a little over $100 more than it currently is now, I just wanted you to know so you weren't blind sided in there.(Of course I was stressed to the max about going to court.) Soo I yelled at him in front of about 30 people or so and wouldn't you know it he came back a few minutes later with a payment lower than my original payment. This company is scum and are just after a quick payday. My advice if you are reading this would be to shop around and find a private practice lawyer that makes you feel comfortable, because you will be dealing with them on and off for the next 3 to 5 years."

"I had a consult with the Murfreesboro location and walked away feeling pretty good about it. Scheduled my appointment to come back and file. However after thinking it over I decided to read reviews. Where Murfreesboro location only had one review the Nashville location had several and they were pretty horrible reviews. And all of them stated pretty much the same. The lawyers didn't file their paperwork as they were suppose too. I finally decided to shop around and picked a private practice and the lawyer immediately was amazing and I felt more comfortable. When I called to cancel the appointment with Clark and Washington, the receptionist never asked for my name just stated she would cancel it, I then asked her if she would like my name and said I can tell by your number but I wasn't calling from my number. I used a different number. She immediately asked me to hold and kept me on hold for 5-10 min before picking the call back up and hanging up on me. So unprofessional and I am soooooo glad I didn't do business with this company. I work for a medical office and that is beyond unprofessional. I liked the lawyer I actually did meet with and he may be a awesome attorney but works for a pretty horrible company. You guys should truly consider hiring better paralegals and receptionist!!!!"

"If I could leave no stars I would. Worse experience. They didn't send my stop payment notice to the right address. My bankruptcy is over but $1162 sits at the trustee office and my mortgage is due that I now have to pay myself. I received notice that my bankruptcy will close without discharge bc they didn't file the DSO when they were suppose to. You can never talk to an attorney. I either get some office manager or a paralegal who doesn't even know what a DSO is. She laughs as if this is funny. They are not professional at all. I'm pissed that I went through 5 years and now my bankruptcy may not be discharged bc these people don't and won't do their job. I don't see how they have stayed in business."
