Yes you call and no one gets back to you but when I walk in the building and ask to speak with someone they made the time to talk to me and explain a lot of things I didn't know about. Like they won't call you back till the day before your court date they are always working and taking care of May cases so they are not all the time there and able to return your call right away. But if you have go there and talk to them explain your situation they will work with you to resolve the issue the best way possible. I know every case is different but I got great help from them! can't complain!"
