"BEWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM CHERRY!!! My husband and I were getting quotes for title work for the sell of our home. And first my husband ed Cherry and she quoted him a price that was significantly lower (by 2/3) than what we were quoted at another place. He wrote down what she told him exactly and then I got a few more quotes from other title comp . I then called cherry to talk to her and make sure that is their price and explain to her what fees I was quoted by someone else. When I talked to her she seemed aggravated and in a hurry..I thought maybe shes just busy and doesn't want to talk on the phone. So I brushed it off. A few days later I went down to their office with all my paper work to go ahead and get things going, let them make copies etc. well cherry was not there. I told the guy there what we were quoted he said I dont know where she got that from, that is not right. He quoted me $500 more than cherry did. He said he would check with her when she gets back. He actually explained the information to me, which I was having a time with anyone wanting to actually talk and explain things. I left understanding exactly all of the fees and a correct breakdown as to what I the seller would be responsible for and what the buyer would be responsible for. So I came home and explained to my husband. He said well that's not what cherry told me he said you should just call and double check with her. So I called her the next day. She answered the phone off the bat this is your third time calling what? I explained to her that I have been told 2 different prices and i wanted clarification etc. She immediately got defensive, she said you asked me for title insurance that's what I quoted you. I said no maam I asked for a quote for all title work as we the seller are paying title fees for the buyer. She said no you didnt, you told me title insurance and even if you said title work that means title insurance in our world. I said no I didnt. And when i asked you if there were any other fees at all associated with this, you said no. She said no i did not say that do not throw me under the bus and say that I said something else. She was just erratic at this point I could barely get a word in. So my husband took the phone to try and explain the fees she quoted us and find out exactly what other fees are. He couldn't even talk either she was just going on and on about she told us this. When we both talked to her at separate times when we were not even home together and we had written the same information & exact same numbers. Now that is not a coincidence. So she went on to tell him that we need to find services elsewhere because she would not be helping us. We said not to worry we will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere. We would never be working with her."
