"I had the most AMAZING experience with Anne M. It's very rare that I feel as though I encounter guardian angels walking this earth, but Anne is one. She has absolutely been a God send for me! In all transparency I struggled with finding my perfect fit as an attorney in the legal profession. "I had never meaningfully worked with a recruiter prior to my experience with Anne and Latitude. I’ve been in the role for a year this month, it’s been a great fit. As I recall, Anne had several opportunities to discuss following an introductory call, all seemed applicable to my experience and skill set. One role, the role that ultimately worked out, stood out as it was with a global leader in my industry. The exact steps taken to ultimately being placed in the role are difficult to recall with any specific detail. There were many, but each step moved quickly as their client was motivated and so was I. In any event, Anne really advocated for me during a time when I needed an advocate. "TERRIBLE experience working with Anne M. All she did was waste my time with weeks worth of excessive amounts of back-and-forth emails, focusing on completely irrelevant, trivial and unimportant things. Then, after all the back-and-forth, multiple paragraph email sessions, and answering her duplicate questions, she couldn’t even set up ONE single interview for me! If you want to stay unemployed, with a side of frustration, then stick with Anne, she’s not capable of delivering much of anything. In fact, I think I trained her on how to do parts of her own job. I’m sure she’ll have plenty to say about this review, but I have documented proof of her massive email exchanges, duplicate questions -that I had already answered- and NO results. Latitude likes to call weeks of duplicate questions and repeat phone calls, “vetting” - when it’s actually an inexperienced/unprofessional recruiter not reading full emails or listening to the client. I have worked for some of the top globally recognized companies out there-and never been mishandled to this degree."
