"We thought we had some property theft and called the sheriff’s Dept after our hay manger disappeared while we were out of town. Deputy Bruce Parnell called me and showed up at our property within 15 minutes. He walked through our barn and pasture to make sure nothing was stollen. He ended up finding the manger and brought it back to the front of our pasture (it is heavy, not an easy task). He also made sure to take the extra step to tie up our gate to make sure none of our donkeys/horses got out. The officer went above what was required and was extremely professional/friendly on the phone. 5/5 stars."

"The employees were very friendly and helpful. But need to post the rules about what is required to enter the building in the handicapped area!! 90+ degrees heat index over 100! NO CELL PHONES, WEAR MASK.. Even though out of all employees I saw all had cell phones visible and not ONE EMPLOYEE WORE A MASK!!! Then just laugh and giggle because the public is forced to."

"LT Ambrush was extremely polite and super helpful today in the Kroger parking lot. His actions saved me and my family tons of time and money. He made it a point to talk to my little girl, which I felt like was a good opportunity to show her not all cops are bad, like the media wants us to believe. I very thankful for the Fayette County Sheriff’s office and am glad my tax dollars go to these guys based off this experience today."

I bet the same people never think about these officers putting their lives on the line daily!! I am glad we have such a quality department watching over us everyday and night!! "Some of the people at the desk that literally do nothing are rude. MOST of the officers of the county are rude, on a power trip, and pretend they aren't citizens just like everyone else at the end of the day. They don't stay on top of anything! Some people have reported being left in there for 48 hours or more due to loss of paperwork. I've witnessed Fayette County court system swap clean drug tests with dirty ones for people that snitch. Pretty sorry facility, pretty sorry county. And I used to think where I was born and raised was the best place to live. We have such a "low" crime rate because nothing is done about serious drugs, rape, or children being abused. They are too busy trying to meet a quota and pulling people over for going 5 miles over. True life savers! PROTECT AND SERVE!"
