"This is the best small animal veterinarians in the Knoxville metropolitan area. The staff is very kind and explains things to the best of their knowledge. They take great care of all the animals and if tests are needed to confirm any issues they can handle it. Dr Osborne is amazing, kind, and doesn’t mislead with any information. She speaks to the facts that she knows and what the test results show. They recently remodeled too and it’s very clean inside. Very friendly staff."

"The receptionist did a good job explaining and confirming what I wanted during the appointment, and informing me of prices and optional additions. The tech was kind and patient with my old girl who has a hard time moving, and my small skittish dog that is still very nervous at the vet with new people around her. All of the technicians and assistants were kind and patient with my dogs as we did all of the tests. They kept us comfortable and informed during our entire visit while they ran tests and waited for results. And, their prices are good. They offer packages for senior checkups, which I deeply appreciate. It is hard to know what to do to keep your babies healthy, but they spell out some good steps for you. I am very appreciative. This place is an hour away from me in good traffic, but I think it's well worth it."

"Brought my puppy in because she was not eating and was sick. They were quick to run tests and figure out the best way to solve the problem. When I called them to see if I could just come in, they were able to squeeze me in. I didn't have an appointment that day so I am grateful they were able to work us in."

"This is not an animal hospital. Its a clinic. They do great nails and have a small lab to do basic diagnostic tests.. If its basic flea and tick stuff or nails and hair they are great. They have the potential to really help your animal to maintain a long and healthy life. IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL LIKE FAMILY PLEASE READ MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE YOU GO FOR ANYTHING. ESPECIALLY IF YOU FEEL IS A SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUE, They can be very sweet but, if stressed will not refrain from saying smart comments about you personally or as a pet owner . This lack of professional conduct is tolerated there. In fact unprofessional conduct is an issue with a few employees. The boss acts in this manner as well.. So heads up if your plan to try and speak with the vet during your appointment. Often i would get demeaning comments from the vet when i tried to speak with her or try to interact with her during an appointment . So if you suspect something serious DO NOT GO HERE. @*If you dont wanna read the long of my post the short is they charged me over 700 bucks and did not do the most basic :cheap: tests but rather went straight to the most expensive. My 2nd opinion Veterinarian diagnosed and started to help my animals suffering for $80 total w/meds and on the first visit*@ . If you suspect anything serious please take your animal elsewhere. The suffering of your animal is of no concern to Tri-county Animal Hospital. The one and only concern is your money. My animal had symptoms very obvious to my friends and family that are Drs and 2 vet buddies (not good to mix business and personal life IMO). So when i finally broke down and asked my friends and family for help (the physician and 2 Vets as well as a Biology PhD ) the first thing they did and in under 3 mins was to diagnosed my dog with a tumor with no doubt to them . I went to my friend thats a vet and within 10 mins we knew it was a tumor. All it took was a simple physical evaluation of the area affexted with a light and scope and 1 xray. Tri County Animal Hospital will ran expensive tests for much more rare illnesses before the basics like an xray or in my case just to look at the area my animal was bleeding from . I was worried about my animal and at the time trusted their judgement. The other vet i went to told me they distrusted that veterinarian and didnt want to keep the test results they did . They did look the results over though of course . So my poor dog was suffering and in pain this whole time !! Its my fault for going to the wrong vet clinic and prolonging his suffering. So please if its anything serious.. anything but nails and check ups please dont go. If you do go there prepare as you watch as your animal crying out in pain and terrible suffering . I dont want to feel this way ,but its true we pay about anything when our best buddies suffer . They know and are banking on that. pictures of my animal after i left that place. They wanted 30 bucks to clean up the blood on him. then they wanted to cut his nails. How would you feel if your animal is bleeding uncontrollable and the animal "hospital" is refusing to admit the animal without first paying 300 dollars up front. During normal business hours. Then there as my animal bleed uncontrollably they already are trying to maximize profit by washing of the blood and cutting his short already cut nails.. I have the receipts."
