Walgreens

"Their designated lunch break is 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Showed up at 1:15 pm and they were already on break. I had somewhere I needed to be at 2:00 pm and wanted to pick up my prescription before then."

"Very clean,well kept store,but everything except RXs are at least twice the price you would find at Wal-Mart, Kroger or Dollar General,even with their Rewards program!"

"I have a greyhound with severe storm anxiety. My vet faxed in an order for a Rx refill for her. I called Walgreens on Memorial and was told that their fax machine is broken and they have no refill order. I asked them to call the vet for it and they refused, saying the vet would have to call them, even though the fault is with Walgreen's fax machine. How do they stay in business? I am thinking of moving my account."

"I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes so I waited. I waited over an hour and a half to finally get it. The staff stinks... There's just not many other ways to politely say it. If you want to be treated rudely, then this may be your place! I dropped $100 in this business and I was treated like I was inconveniencing them! I saw a news report saying that they would be closing anyway. It's probably for the best since they aren't the only game in town."

"I have been getting my prescriptions here over the past two years. I feel that over that time the need has increased at this store, but their staffing has not. Every time that I go to get my prescription, there's always a hold up or an extensive wait time. I will be transferring my prescription to another Walgreens that hopefully has a better staffing situation. I would say, that the three stars are only there because the staff that is there is always very helpful and very nice. However, tonight my experience was horrible and prompted me to leave this review. I would encourage you find another Walgreens that maybe has a better wait time. Or, just expect to wait 30 to 45 minutes for your prescription."
