The providers before her did not seem to care to treat my issues properly, nor did they listen. Jen is the exact opposite. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Also, Andrea is a gem and deserves five stars as well. She is nice, caring, and promptly answers any questions you may have. "I had a nice psychiatrist at first and then she switched to another practice. I got moved to a different one there and things went downhill fast. I would have to call multiple times for everything and the new psychiatrist did not even show up to one of my appointments! The last straw was I ran out of a mood stabilizer and they would not refill until I took a drug test. I was not even trying to get refill for the meds I would need a drug test for.
