The paralegal I dealt with would tell me anything just to get me off the phone lots of broken promises. I can't wait to just get my settlement and I will never deal with them again. "I don’t know what’s wrong with these people . They rude as hell and don’t nobody wanna help you or answer the phone I don’t understand why they act they way they act barely spoke with these people my whole case . RUN !!! RUN! This office is very unprofessional Ashley and whomever work with this company did not do their jobs! Ashley is every rude and all of them lack communication. I didn’t know what’s going on whole 2 years they had my case and never answered any emails of phone calls. I got treated like I was a bother to the office and they didn’t wanna answer my questions. Please go with another company do not use them. They settle for anything and don’t fight for you suffering! You will end up with little to no money! No stars!"

"Be cautious the choices you make after a accident!!! The two biggest ones you will make are a Dr. and a Lawyer. A mistake in that choice can live with you forever! This had to be the biggest mistake I've ever made by hiring this firm!!! If you hire this firm then I suggest you get ANOTHER LAWYER to go over the paperwork you sign with them! They will make promises they don't keep then blame the victim for what they have done! I had a 6 figure accident. Damage to 2 of my vehicles and medical bills thru the roof. We settled. Then they immediately took their payment off the top. To the tune of 40% + and we NEVER went to court! They took theirs before paying any of the leins for medical and other bills. After their part is taken, they payed the leins but not the full balances. I still owed money when we were finished. They walked away with $70,000. I received a check for a little over $11,000. And was still without a car! They didn't even fight to have the 2 cars paid for that were totaled! They had promised to at least let me walk away with a replacement car! I have extensive logs where I called and texted with questions, NO RESPONSE! They just completely stopped responding especially after we settled and I had questions. They held my check for 2 weeks before even notifying me that they had it! All of this was done while I was out of town. I was taking my brother off a ventilator and watching him pass away. AND dealing with my parents home burning to the ground on the same day! So my Mother was now homeless too and they continued knowing what they had done was not ethical or moral.The check they gave me wasn't even enough to cover a funeral for my brother or by at least 1 car to replace the 2 that were totaled. Yet they received $70,000!!! When I became upset in the office about all of it, I was blown off and disrespected verbally by their attorney. Please do research before you hire this firm. Read the reviews. I hope this review will stop 1 person from making a horrible mistake like I did..."

"Every time I hear this 411 pain commercial I feel the need to do a review.. The representation I had after my car accident was very poor. It was almost like they were siding with the other attorneys. I was hit from behind. I was not compensated for my injuries. I was billed for court cost . Please don't let the song on the radio fool you. Use Morgan and Morgan they will fight for you."
