"So I started attending the UT Martin Somerville Center as well as going to UT Martin online about 4 years ago. I am now about to graduate. Of course, there's positives and negatives with any school. I will talk about UT as a whole, I couldn't have been happier with the school. The access to the professors and the teaching has been amazing. This is something you're just not going to get at a huge university. I really have enjoyed the satellite Center because there's really not very many people here ever and it's a quiet place to study and it's very nice and I'd say reasonably high-tech. The staff and volunteers are very helpful as well. As for the classes offered at the center, it's kind of Hit or Miss and I would say that's really my only issue. If you don't live close to UT martin, you can either take your classes online or you can come to one of the centers. The problem is that they don't always offer every single class every semester because the centers don't have a lot of professors. But this is kind of to be expected in a situation like this when you're not dealing with a huge university. I've been fortunate enough, with my psychology degree to take most of my classes online. However this was also during the time of covid. Kara Tapp, the administrator for the center is wonderful as is Kayleigh. If you're looking to get a solid education from a school with a good reputation that is not too big, this should be your choice. I'm extremely happy to be getting my bachelors in psychology with a minor and philosophy and moving on to work on my doctorate. And very proud to be a graduate of University of tennessee."
"Beautiful clean facility and very conducive for learning"
