"I will never do business here. Somehow my taxes got routed to this store via online taxpro check when there was an issue after I got audited. This store was very unhelpful. A woman named Sharon -- I won't share her last name-- "helped" me by explaining that the first HR Block Tax "Pro" did my taxes wrong and instead of offering to make good on the guarantee and correct the issue, she told me to contact this office which I told her I can not get a hold of. She basically dumped it back on me and said that she can't help. 100% guarantee is NOT guaranteed apparently. She also took 2 months to resolve this and during that time her advice was to pay the IRS for the incorrectly calculated taxes so that I avoid a penalty-- NEWSFLASH that penalty and debt should be covered under the guarantee but apparently I am just supposed to pay that instead of them standing by their product and admitting when their company made a mistake. I get that it wasn't HER but it was HR BLOCK and they need to stand by their product. I will NEVER use HR BLOCK AGAIN!!!!"

"they'll be as friendly as possible to get your money. they'll be less than forthcoming about things like what pre-approval means. they certainly won't take any opportunity to make sure you understand the fine print and they'll be too busy getting your signature on everything for you to read it. don't waste your money and just do your taxes online through TurboTax for free."
