"Been seeing Dr Moragne for quite a few years now. He is a very good Dr, and has been a life saver for me! Karen that works there is an angel in disguise! Can't say enough good things about them or this establishment! I'm glad I found this Dr when I did as my life has taken a better turn since seeing Dr Moragne! My mother passed recently and Miss Karen give me a much needed hug, and I don't think she even realized how much that was needed & appreciated! If we had more Dr's like him and Karen the world would be a much nicer place to live!"

"Very poor communication, the lady at the front has no customer service experience. It should be noted that this is a cash only facility as she has stated they do not take debit cards or ( flex ) insurance cards or anything associated with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I hear great things about Dr. Moragne, it’s really too bad I couldn’t meet him due to the lack of communication between his staff and his customers. I run a multi-million dollar company and this is by far the worst experience I have had thus far in Jackson, TN. Professionalism should always be first and foremost in any company or established business. I shall be taking my business else where simply because I was asked to. I’m also not recheduling for the 3rd time Because of the lack of communication on your side. Poor experience and I encourage everyone that feels the same way to leave a review.
