"Pharmacy service at this location continues to disappoint. I am finding Publix across the street to be a better, friendlier & more efficient option."
"The worst Walgreen! Hundred of discount sings, but at the register it’s a full price. I showed the cashier the sign, take a picture and I even pulled it online and she still overcharged me. When I went back and asked her nicely that she overcharged me, she started attitude. She can’t do a simple math! She used her phone calculator and still can’t get it right! She called her manager like l’m trying to scam them. I kept calm during the whole process but it’s not a freaking science! And that not the worst! I took a passport picture, told me to come back in 15 minutes. I stayed waiting for over 30 minutes. I want back and the girl who took the picture left without printing the photo or tell anyone to do so. So I had to wait again for someone to print it."
"This is for the pharmacy and the pharmacy only. This evening, I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I was in the drive-thru before closing, there was a car in front of me being serviced and no cars behind me. When I pulled up to pick up my prescription, the tech at the window pulled the gate down to close. I was in shock and immediately pulled around and went into the store. When I got to the pharmacy, I knocked on the window and another tech came out, after they made sure to comment behind the window that they were closed (which let me know that they saw me in line). The tech comes out and I’m telling him that I was in line and that the window was immediately closed on me. He is stating that they closed at 8, which I would understand IF I arrived in the line after they closed. Then, the pharmacist (older white guy) comes out and is rude. He tells me that I should’ve arrived before they closed (which I did) and a host of other things. I was so frustrated that I left and filed a complaint with corporate. I needed medicine for my baby that was sent over that evening. I explained that and he had no remorse for how they handled me as a customer. I’ve never had that issue before at that location and I’ll never be back."
"Placed an online order and within an hour I got a text that the employee had given it out to someone else. When I called to ask what happened she came up with some story about someone else with my exact name had taken my order. Right. Then made me go there to get a refund for the items I never received. Update: Store called me back after two days and said they would give me my order anyway and also refunded it. Didn’t provide any explanation or apology, but better than nothing. I still wouldn’t do a pickup order through Walgreens until they start enforcing the ID check policy listed on their website."
"So this review is for the pharmacy and not the whole store. Why does the whole pharmacy department go to lunch together???? Are they carpooling or related? Today we sat in the drive through lane for a half hour just to finally get to the window and have some rude employee hold out a gone to lunch sign and tell us that we are more than welcome to come back in a half hour. WHAT??? I’m a cancer patient and I need my medication and I get tired so coming back in a half hour is inconvenient. I’m sure there are other people that try to make the pharmacy on their lunch break just to find out that it’s family lunch time at Walgreens pharmacy. Someone in the corporate office needs to relook at this situation because other pharmacies don’t close - they stagger the employees lunches so the CUSTOMER is not inconvenienced!!"
