"They were not the best a few years ago so I’ve been putting off another visit. But Abby needed a small tumor removed and it had me really worried as it was hurting her and she was losing weight. This time she was treated very, very well and was given snacks before and after sutures were removed and she didn’t seem near as nervous. This time it was ME that was nervous! Haha! But she needs some bloodwork done and they’re only gonna charge 100 something which is a good couple hundred bucks less than other places! Thank goodness for Value Vet. Super nice with her this time! Highly recommend."

"PLEASE SAVE YOUR PUPPY AND DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC. i had 2 puppies spayed SAME DAY. My poor dachshund was in heat when they got in there even tho i paid for the wellness check to ensure she wasn't. All they used was surgical glue, and was not given any pain medication and none of my phone calls were answered. My other 7 mo old puppy had same procedure but was sent home w pain meds and stitches... my dachshund dog ended up in the emergency hospital with an $800 vet bill. BLUE pearl called this complete negligence. I have to send a certified letter to even begin trying to get a refund back. DO NOT USE VALUE VET FOR ANYTHING IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET AND WANT GOOD CARE"

"The care my dog got from this place was amazing!! He was sick and Katie and the staff loved on my dog and was super understanding with my concerns and was very comforting to him. Was very impressed and would definitely recommend them. Thank y'all so much."

"As a kid, my parents took our pets (we consistently rescued and fostered) to Value Vet in East Nashville, although I think technically a different location. To my memory they always had a great experience with them. Now as I am an adult, I found a kitten in September and the first vet to come to mind was Value Vet. They were able to see him the day after I found him & get him started with vaccinations, same day blood tests, and deworming/flea medication. They were super sweet to him! They take walk-in’s Mon/Weds/Fri which is super convenient for unexpected visits and continuation of vaccinations. I’ve been back with him for neutering last November, smooth sailing there. Then we just went again today for a check-up on a concern I had with his ear (it healed up over the weekend but figured I should still get it looked at), they took a look and said everything looked healthy, chatted a little about fleas in the upcoming spring/summer season, got some monthly stuff to get prepped for that, and sent me on my way. The staff and doctors here are great! Nothing but good things to say about them."

"The vet tech is nice, unfortunately they are unresponsive and do not answer calls and have very long wait times. My dog came in for a possible eye infection and the doctor did not come into the room to look at her, just sent home with an ointment from the tech. We went back when the ointment did not work and they told me to just keep using it and the infection still persists so I am switching vets."
