"Victor in the pharmacy was extremely rude to me. I don’t know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed of what, but the way he spoke to me was completely unprofessional. I pulled up to the drive thru window and he was already in a snobby mood and said the drive through was closed so I’d need to come in. To prevent having to go in I simple asked if there a way you can quickly just check if it’s ready before I come in. This time he was even more rude, added a deeper tone of aggression, turned to look at me through the window and stated “I said the drive thru system is down. You need to come in”. The manner and tone in which he spoke to me was not ok."
