"I don't normally do Google reviews,my situation isn't normal. Mr. Rusty, Miss Neva ,Miss Amanda are and have been a blessing through this situation. My situation, involves an elder loved one( which isn't even blood related) My loved one and deceased spouse filed last Will and Testament along with POA decision in 2017. Unfortunately at the age of 97 and 9 months of age. 6 months before her death at the age of 98 and 3 months of age. POA made decisions that were highly questionable and inappropriate. Foust and Foust have gone far above and beyond what I thought possible or expected from strangers to Honor and Respect the wishes ,of our deceased loved one. They explained the laws ,statues and challenges keeping us loved ones informed through the process. Not to mention, understanding and empathetic to the emotional state of mind this situation brought on. I recommend Foust and Foust to ANYONE, thinking about finalizing any of your families needs, wishes, plans or any other issues which you might concerns ."
