"It was the best shoe-buying experience I have ever had! The owner (named Patricia?) patiently listened to me as I described issues with my lower back and hip, and about how I was wearing out the outer edges of my shoes. She observed me walking back and forth, so she could better help me. (She may not be an ortho doc, but she knows her stuff and really makes an effort to get people in the right pair of shoes!) As a result, I walked away wearing the most comfortable pair of athletic shoes I have ever owned! I have been wearing them for 2+ months now, and they have really helped with my back and hip issues! I will be back! Can't imagine going anywhere else now!"

"Second time in this store and last time!! It's dark and gloomy. Started out not to nice ,lady telling me to take of my shoes and socks. Watch me walk, now I'm wondering if she's a padieatris? Also telling me what kind and color of shoes I need. I shouldn't wear white? It gets to dirty? Seriously.. I knew I needed to leave! I try to be nice , said thank you and left!! I don't like to be pressured and couldn't get over how dark it is. I won't go back .."

"I'd give them a zero if I could. Never felt so disrespeced. I walked into the store Monday morning. The lady at the counter not only ignored me, she was talking to some other lady about totally personal things. Four times, while looking at the shoes on display, I looked directly at her, while trying to get her attention. She continued to blabber away, I can only assume that she ignored me because of my age. Maybe she thought I'm not a serious runner. It has been over 40 years since my college (division one) cross country and track days. However, my desire to buy a new pair of running shoes should have deserved her attention. Instead I drove 40 miles each way and purchased a new pair of shoes from a competitor. I will never go back and will recommend to all my friends, runners and non-runners, to not patronize this store."
