"Filed for a divorce in August 2021. Contacted the attorney in November for an update and was told that he did not have all the forms from the other party. After all the paperwork was received he sent an email to inform that everything was received and filed. After 60 days I contacted the court to inquire about the status only to find out that it was not yet filed. Contacted attorney Richardson and was told that he had not received my payment. I in turn sent him proof of payment via email. He apologized and stated that he would expedite payment that day. This was in March. Same occurrence happened in April. I called today, May 5th, and was told for a 3rd or 4th time that my paperwork was on file but was pending payment. I am beyond disappointed with my experience with this attorney. This is so unacceptable!"

"My husband has been working with Jimmy on a custody case nearly 3 years now. In the beginning the client/lawyer relationship was great. He was excited to work with us and help us get custody of my step-daughter. Since at least December of 2019 or longer there have been tons of unanswered emails, texts and un returned phone calls. No answers for months at a time. My husband lost many days from work where he would schedule time with Jimmy and he would cancel at the last second. We had mediation in June and he did not show up.
