"Health Issues Post-Teeth Cleaning: After the teeth cleaning procedure, my dogs were unwell. They developed coughs and throwing up exhibiting signs of illness. This is concerning, especially considering the purpose of the visit was to improve their oral health and they were all fine before I brought the one for teeth cleaning. The clinic informed me that I needed to pay between $300 and $500 for testing per dog before they would provide any assistance. As a pet owner, this financial burden was unexpected and I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for other pet owners. Honest feedback is essential to help fellow animal lovers make informed decisions about veterinary Their care. I was told by the vet that the counter person did not tell me what I herd her say to me on the phone and she told me I was being rude. This is how I was treated by the VET while I was on the phone with her this morning. Her perceived rudeness only came when I asked questions about their clean and hygienic environment which should be asked when this is the second time my dogs came home sick from a routine procedure. Also, Kind DR. I do not appreciate being called a liar as to what your staff told me on the phone about the $300 to $500 in cost per animal for testing and blood work the first time my dogs got sick from your clinic. You have lost a lifelong patron and it is a shame that you are so triggered by someone rightfully questioning you with valid concerns."

Between us all we have a Lab/Pitty mix, Catahoula mix, Belgin Malinois mix, and now 3 German Shepherd pups. Great people work there. However, I do not have any experience with the grooming side, so I cannot speak to that side of things."
