"Wish I can give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought a pair of sandals a couple days ago but when I got home they didn't fit well so I went and returned them 2 days later since on the receipt it said to return within 7 days. Well when I went to return them the girl that worked there just gave me a credit store receipt but didn't gave my money back. I asked and she refused to give my money back and said it was a policy. I wasn't even late on returning my shoes I came on time before the 7 day notice arrived. So what am I supposed to do with the store credit receipt if all I wanted was my money back. I won't ever come back here again! I convince everyone not to come shop here they will rip you off and won't give you your money back at all. Their customer service is bad too when you walk in they don't greet you nor ask if you need help at all just stare at you. Wost experience I've had."

"Katharine who works there have horrible attitude and worse customer service. Will not shop there again. I will not tell anyone or take anyone at that place. There is no return policy but only exchange policy for 30 days. This place is not good for business. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"When I (74), walked into the store with my daughter (47), there was a sales man waiting on someone and another sales girl behind the counter, not doing anything. Both of them completely ignored us, and the girl behind the counter, gave us a dirty look. We pulled some shoes out and sat down to be helped, and they continued to ignore us. A long amount of time went by, and we finally got disgusted and left the store. We told them we were leaving because they were refusing to assist us. At that the girl behind the counter gave us another dirty look, but never said a word. Honestly, I believe that we were being racially targeted because we were the only two white people in the store, and the only ones not being treated courteously, or even being helped. And their behavior was, IMHO, the epitome of racism!"

"Returns not available? Brand new shoes never worn, just decided that I didn't need them. I tried to do a same day return, was told returns are not available and is not something the store does ever. Then when I exchanged the shoe for another pair, I was told this would be final sale. What kind of policy is this???"
