"We were informed that on Saturday, it was walk-in only and they recommended that we arrive before 10AM. We arrive at approximately 8:20 AM and checked in, waited patiently and watched as they repeatedly assisted multiple other customers that had arrived several minutes after us. And no these were not emergencies so please don't use that lie. After, they filled all the rooms they offered to exam my dogs in the lobby. This place is very unprofessional. Edit: When we arrived, no one said anything about being booked. Otherwise, we would have left. Also, if you were booked why was the receptionist on the phone still encouraging people to come. If there was miscommunication, you created it. I clearly understood what you told me before I arrived. Own your mistakes. And my pets were offered the lobby, not a treatment area."

"I recently adopted a cockatoo. She is 18 and Dr. Ryan has been excellent in helping us with various behavioral issues and had no problem helping me with a hormone implant to help my sweet girl. I have been very impressed by his friendly staff and their response time has been excellent."

"We were looking to have a college students male dog fixed. We were quoted one price under $200 for a dog less than 50lbs. The dog developed a severe hematoma from the procedure in less than 24 hours. The dog was kennel kept very still with a cone on at all times for anyone wondering if post op care was followed. Instead of taking care of this post op complication, the facility charged us another visit fee and then racked up more charges in labs etc. The doctor who did the surgery wasn’t even there. All this, Even after explaining prior to our visit getting this dog fixed was a financial strain on the student owner and that they couldn’t afford more. The complete procedure and treatment cost to the student was over $500!! They were going to charge more for a follow up and removal of staples. We refused to return. We found another vet who learned of our story and didn’t charge us a dime to follow up and care for this mishap to this poor dog and student. I will not ever use this clinic again."
