"No customer service and can’t follow instructions! I paid for the complete restoration on my thorogoods but I do not this it was worth the money or wait time. From the looks of it, all they did was put a new sole on them and rubbed some oil on them. I asked for new eyelits as mine are broke and cause my laces to break. They didn’t replace any of the eyelits and the sharp edges will just continue to cut my laces. Stitching was not replaced in areas I specifically asked for. I sent multiple emails and tried to call but no one returns emails or phone calles for NuShoe. Pretty terrible waste of my time and money. I will never use this service again and will be contacting Thorogood about their partnership with this company to express my concerns."

"I got my Wolverine 1000 mile shoes resoled, and they look like new! They resoled them (with better tread than the originals!) but also polished them, replaced the laces, and generally left the shoes as good as new! I was leery of the price and timeline at first, but I'm so happy I got them repaired rather than getting new shoes"

"I have some Chippewa Snake boots that I have had for sometime. Over the years that had worn down pretty badly. Bottom of soles started to split and were worn down. The brand that had, had been discontinued and I didn’t want to get rid of them. I’m so happy I found out about Nushoe and their Chippewa Boot restoration program. Sent the boots off for repair and got them back in about a month or so. I was very impressed with the repairs made. New soles, leather reconditioned. Felt like and looked like brand new boots when I put them back on. Before and after pictures.."
